How a campus, company or instructor posts a job in the Hiring panel, how NSDP reviews it, and how to move applicants from shortlist to hire.

All of this happens in the Hiring panel. A company opens it when it signs in; a campus or an instructor switches to it with Switch panel → Hiring at the top.

Working through applicants

StepWhat happens
ShortlistThe applicant is told they are shortlisted.
InterviewGive the date, time and place (or online / phone). The applicant gets them by email.
Offer / HireThe applicant is told; hires count in your figures.
Not selectedA polite email goes to the applicant.
  • Notes are private to you and NSDP.
  • Message emails the applicant; replies come to your own email.
  • The CV opens through a short-lived private link.
  • Pipeline on the Applicants screen shows every stage as a column; Move to… on a card moves that applicant.
  • Select several in the List to shortlist, offer or mark not selected at once; Export CSV downloads the filtered list.
