A dispute is a written case between you and NSDP administration, kept on record under Disputes in your teacher portal. You can open one yourself, for example about a withdrawal, a student or a live class, and NSDP can open one with you, for example about a course or a review decision. Both sides answer in the thread.

Raising an issue yourself

  1. Step 1: Choose Open a dispute

On the Disputes page, or Raise a dispute about this withdrawal under a withdrawal request (the category and subject are filled in for you).

Sign in to open this screen
  2. Step 2: Pick a Category and Priority

Earnings & withdrawals, A student, Live class & schedule or Something else. Keep High for classes or payments affected right now.

  3. Step 3: Link a course or live session (optional)

Only the courses and live sessions you teach are listed.

  4. Step 4: Write the Subject and Description

Subject 5–160 characters, description 20–4000: what happened, when, who was involved and what you need.

  5. Step 5: Add images (optional)

Choose Add images or drag screenshots or photos into the box. PNG, JPG or WebP, up to 5 MB each and 5 per message. Remove a thumbnail with its ✕ before you send.

  6. Step 6: Choose Open dispute

The dispute opens and NSDP administration sees it in their queue.

The Disputes page

  • Figures at the top: All disputes, Open, Awaiting your reply (NSDP answered last) and Resolved. Choose a figure to filter the list.
  • The Open and Resolved tabs split live cases from settled ones. Search by subject or description, or narrow by status.
  • Each row shows the category, the linked course or live session, the priority, a progress line and Raised by NSDP or Your reply needed where it applies. Choose a row to open its thread.

Answering a dispute

  1. Step 1: Open Disputes

You see the progress, the Issue summary from NSDP (on disputes NSDP opened), every message with its attached images, the case details and, once settled, the Resolution from NSDP.

  3. Step 3: Write your reply

Type in Your reply (2 to 4000 characters), add images if needed, and choose Send reply.

  4. Step 4: Close it when settled
