Before you write

  • Search this help centre for the exact message you saw — most messages are listed with their fix.
  • Try the obvious fixes: sign out and in again, refresh the page, check your Spam folder for emails.
  • Note what you were doing, the page address, the time, and any reference number (payment, payout, request or certificate serial).

Make your message easy to act on

  1. Step 1: Say who you are

Your name and the email on your account — or your campus name and code.

  2. Step 2: Say what you were trying to do

For example: "pay for the Saturday batch of Web Design".

  3. Step 3: Say what happened instead

Copy the exact message, and add a screenshot if you can.

  4. Step 4: Add references

Dates, the course or batch name, and any reference number.

My question is about a lesson's content.

Ask it in the lesson's discussion so your teacher sees it with the lesson — and other students with the same question see the answer.

I can't sign in at all, so I can't reach the portal.

Use Forgot password or an email code first. If neither works, contact your school through its website's Contact page.
