This is the whole life of a partner campus in the portal, from the first sign-in to the money arriving in the campus bank account. Each step says where it happens and links to the guide that explains it in full. NSDP partner campuses can be anywhere in Pakistan; the steps are the same for every campus.

  5. Step 5: Verify the campus and its bank account

    Read the guide

2. Teachers

Every on-site course is taught by a teacher linked to your campus. Put each teacher forward from Teachers → Put a teacher forward; NSDP reviews the request (sometimes with an interview) and, once approved, the teacher appears under Teachers and can be chosen for your courses.

3. On-site courses and NSDP review

On-site courses → New on-site course walks through five steps: the course, its teacher, when it runs (start date, duration, class days and times, weekly plan), the venue and seats, then a final check. The course is saved under the teacher and sent to NSDP for review at once. Once NSDP approves it, it is published; open its first batch on Batches and choose Launch registration so students can take a seat.

4. Batches and registration

A batch is one intake of a course: its own start date, class days, venue, seats and registration window. The course's first batch comes with it (launch its registration from the batch); Add a batch runs another intake of an approved course without sending anything back to review, and can open registration straight away. Registration closes by itself when the seats are full or the admission deadline passes; you can close or reopen it from the batch at any time.

5. Classes and attendance

Each class's register opens on the class's own day. Mark every student Present, Absent or Left early: only Present counts towards the certificate. If a class cannot go ahead, use Change on the class to cancel it (with a reason) or move it to another day; students are emailed.

6. Certificates

When a course awards certificates, students who reach the attendance minimum (usually 75% of the classes, cancelled classes left out) become eligible. Certificates lists who is eligible, issues the certificates and can revoke one issued by mistake.

7. Payouts

Every paid seat at your campus earns the campus share NSDP sets. A share waits in reserve for the reserve period (in case of a refund), then becomes Available. Once the available balance reaches the minimum, request a payout; NSDP reviews it and pays the account you choose.
