Video lessons have a Discussion forum tab under the lesson where you can ask about that lesson (the tab beside it, Announcements, shows what your instructor has posted). Your question goes to the people who look after the course: the teacher, the campus that runs it, or school staff.
Where to ask
Open a video lesson and scroll below the video, or choose the Discussions button next to the continue button. On other lesson types (text, PDF, quizzes and so on) the discussion isn't shown and the button is greyed out. For questions about payments, access or certificates, contact the school instead.
Posting a question

Step 2: Write your question

Step 3: Choose Post Question
